How many hair bundles come in a pack?

Clip-ins include 7 wefts per pack, and specifications are 140 grams per pack of 18” Lite Remy extensions, 160 grams per pack of 20” Medium Remy extensions, and 200 grams per pack of 22” Lux Remy extensions.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

All orders of $85 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping across North America. Standard shipping (3-8 business days) costs $7.99 for orders less than $85.

Orders typically take up to 24 hours to process. If you need your order sooner, you can request overnight shipping for an additional fee, calculated based on your order’s weight and destination.

Once we ship out your order, we’ll send you an email with all the details: shipping confirmation, tracking number, et al.

Please note that shipments to Canada typically take 7-10 business days.

How long do Remy clip-in extensions last?

With proper care, Remy human hair clip-in extensions can last 6 months to 1 year with frequent use and up to 2 years or longer with occasional wear. Their longevity depends on the following:

  • How often they’re worn
  • The quality of maintenance, such as using sulfate-free products, washing only when necessary, and avoiding excessive heat
  • Proper storage 
  • Gentle detangling from the ends upward on a flat surface while holding the base. We recommend using Emergency Revival Spray to extend the life of extensions 

What is INH Professional’s warranty and return policy?

We offer a 90-day warranty on all hair from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within this period, provided the hair has not been cut or chemically altered (e.g., toning, coloring, bleaching).
