How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

All orders of $85 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping across North America. Standard shipping (3-8 business days) costs $7.99 for orders less than $85.

Orders typically take up to 24 hours to process. If you need your order sooner, you can request overnight shipping for an additional fee, calculated based on your order’s weight and destination.

Once we ship out your order, we’ll send you an email with all the details: shipping confirmation, tracking number, et al.

Please note that shipments to Canada typically take 7-10 business days. 

What is INH Professional’s warranty and return policy?

We offer a 90-day warranty on all hair from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within this period, provided the hair has not been cut or chemically altered (e.g., toning, coloring, bleaching).
