  2. Download Your Pass. Once approved, click this link to add the INH Pro Pass to your Apple or Google Wallet for free by clicking “Add to Wallet”. You need this to track your tier and earn rewards.
  3. Earn Credits. Get cash back on every purchase and earn bonus credits for every referral. 
  4. Redeem & Save. Apply your earned credits directly at checkout to save on your next stock-up.

Note: Unused credits expire after 90 days for Inner Circle and VIP members, or 180 days for Elite members.

Do I need the Wallet Pass to earn store credit? 

Yes. The pass is how we track your tier and issue your rewards. You must have it downloaded to earn and redeem credits.

How do I unlock Tier 2: VIP?

To reach VIP, you need to spend $5,000 in a calendar year and add “@inhprofessional Ambassador” to your Instagram bio. Posting isn’t mandatory, but sharing your affiliate code is the fastest way to stack up referral credits.

How do I unlock Tier 3: Elite? 

Elite is our top tier for high-volume partners. You unlock this status by spending $20,000+ in a calendar year. This tier comes with our highest perks, including bulk discounts, education perks, and extended credit expiration.

Do my tier benefits expire?

Yes. To keep the program fair, everyone resets to Tier 1: Inner Circle on January 5th of each year. You will re-qualify for VIP or Elite based on your total spend in the new year.

Do my store credits expire? 

Yes, but they do not expire at year end– they expire on a rolling basis based on the specific date you earned them. The timeframe depends on your status:
- Inner Circle & VIP: Credits expire 90 days after they are earned.
- Elite: Credits expire 180 days after they are earned.

How is "Annual Spend" calculated? 

Your tier status is based on your Net Spend within the calendar year (January 1 – December 31). This is your total purchase amount minus any returns, discounts, or taxes.
